Beth Lewis, OTR/L, CHT
Hand Therapist
Beth is a Certified Hand Therapist, practicing Occupation Therapy since 1992, as a graduate from Louisiana State University, School of Allied Health Professions in New Orleans, LA. She obtained her hand certification in 2000 through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission and earned the title Certified Hand Therapist. Beth is also trained in Graston® Technique of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. She has served as a mentor to other Occupational Therapists who wish to pursue their certification in hand therapy.
Beth relocated to Virginia in 2017 after serving as a Red Cross volunteer in Okinawa, Japan. She is skilled in the treatment of hand trauma and rehabilitation. She enjoys working closely with hand surgeons for optimal patient outcomes and experience working in clinics throughout the United States and overseas. Beth brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to OrthoBethesda having served with a diverse group of surgeons and therapists throughout her career.
